- Contractor is to furnish queuing system, checkout, electronic directional system with flashing lane lights including patrons director(s), checkout directors (push button) and voice speaker (next please) in accordance with DeCA Specification CED # 1E06-B for commissaries located at March AFB CA (1 ea), Fort Bliss TX (1 ea) and at Great Lakes NTC IL (1 ea) Multiple awards will be made by Region. The Request for Quotation will be released on or about 10 February 2003. This solicitation will be issued on a small business-small purchase set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, email address and DUNS number & CAGE code.
