- NA This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is W91JZT-3022-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect 01/24/03 th rough the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-12. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12- Commercial Items and in conjunction with FAR 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, which may be located by visiting the world-wide web at http://www.arnet.gov/. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2399 and the small business concern is 500. Solicited Items are as follows: Item No. 0001 ? Floor Mats; Quantity of 51 rolls. Mats shall be in accordance with the following specifications: Items shall be quoted as 'Brand Name' or 'Equal'. Specifications for 'Equal' items must be submitted with quote for evaluation purposes. Brand Name: Diamond Plate Runner # RM35; Size: 3ft. (W) x 75ft. (L); Thickness: 5/32'; Color: Black; Resistant to the following: Slip, Tear, Cut, Impact, Ozone, Foul weather, Bright sunlight, Flame, Swelling in Oil, Chemical, Acid, and Stain; Other specs: Low water absorption, Indoor Use, Outside Use, Ideal around machinery , Non-marking, High Strength, and Durable. Item No. 0002 ? Shipping & Handling/ Freight to FOB Destination Norfolk, VA. All responsible sources shall submit quote to the Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Element - Southern Hemisphere; Attn: Contract Specialist, Hillary Gonzalez.
