NSN: 5315-01-240-1775, PRON: AX3F0100, Part Number 70200-42831-105, Quantity: 292 each, applicable to the UH-60 (BE), F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Stockton, CA, New Cumberland, PA, Texarkana, TX . This item is restricted t o Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Cage Code 78286), Avibank Mfg Inc (Cage Code 84256) and Monogram Aerospace Fastners (Cage Code 98524). This part must be acquired from the manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD- 100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in t he intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically o btained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil /cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisi tion contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside th e United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
