PRON: AX3F0171; NSN: 1650-01-142-2659; Quantity: 72 each, Part Number: A10765-015 applicable to the (BE) UH-60. NOUN: Filter Assy, Actuati. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 72 each, 210 Days After Contract Award. This requirement is restricted to Moog Inc (Vendor Code 94697) because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchas ed, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC. SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Governmen t. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
