- NA Provide lodging for military personnel. A request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued. The RFQ number is DABJ25-03-Q-0003. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. The period of performance begins 26 May 2003 and ends 21 August 2003. Requirements are as follows: Provide undetermined quantity of single and double room for military personnel. This requirement is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 72111, Hotel (except casinos) and Motels. Telephonic requests will not be accepte d. All requests for quotes must either be faxed to Barbara Kinnear at (253) 967-3844 or e-mailed to Barbara.Kinnear@lewis.army.mil, providing the business size, e-mail address, Dun and Bradstreet number and CAGE code. Quoters must be registered in the Ce ntral Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award. The solicitation will be available for download from the Fort Lewis Contracting Office web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The anticipated issued date of th e solicitation is 5 February 2003.
