- Description
- The Muskogee VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Sharing Agreement for RADIOLOGY SERVICES, on a per procedure basis. The RFP will be issued on or about February 4, 2003, and is due back to this office no later than 4:30pm., February 19, 2003. The contract is anticipated to be base year plus two (2) option years. Projected workload for this service is approximately 20 patients per day equaling approximately 50-100 radiographs per day to be interpreted. Contractor shall provide diagnostic radiology services for CAT scan, ultrasound, fluoroscopy and film interpretations. Films are to be picked up on a daily basis, read, and returned to the medical center within 24 hours. Technical information will be required as part of the RFP. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. Only written requests received by mail or fax on company letterhead shall be accepted.
