- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to construct the new range lights and salvage of existing range structure; Deepwater Point Ranges, Delaware River, New Jersey. Work includes the following: 1.1 Fabrication and installation of two range lights for the Deepwater Point Range along the Delaware River, Deepwater, New Jersey. 1.1.2 Cut and remove approximately 12 steel piles from the existing concrete and steel range structure that extend above river bottom to depth of 2' below mud line. Cut and remove the existing steel tower and piles from the concrete foundation and remove all debris within a 50' radius of the existing light structure location. The existing concrete block foundation shall remain. 1.1.3 Unit Bid Item 0001: In addition to the work outlined in paragraph 1.1.2 above, demolish and remove the existing concrete foundation (approximately 300 tons). 1.1.4 Contractor shall include a minimum of four working hours of his spread cost for each salvage location in his line item bid process to recover all existing debris on the seafloor at the platform location. Any additional time required for site clearance and authorized by the government shall be in accordance with the Contractor?s Schedule of Values. 1.2 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment (except the Government furnished equipment as listed below) to perform and complete the electrical work. Item: fifty-nine (59) 46 watt solar panels; six (6) RL-14 lanterns; three (3) 155 MM lanterns; two (2) RSP (Range Switch Box); two (2) solar charge controllers. The period of performance is 180 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 (formerly 1629).
