- Description
- The FDA intends to award a contract for renovations at 2098 Gaither Road. Because much of the renovation work is tied into the existing systems (i.e., electrical, mechanical, etc.) of the building, the lessor has identified companies that will be permitted to tie into these existing systems. Therefore, FDA can only offer this work to those companies identified by the lessor. The lessor of the building is McShea Properties, 15825 Shady Grove Road, Suite 15, Rockville, MD 20850.
