- Description
- Notice of intent to compete with limited competition for Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) in Seattle, WA. Purpose of proposed acquisition is for purchase of quantity of four (4) each Sensor Atlas Buoys for use in PMEL's oceanographic research. Competition is limited to four (4) local vendors due to manufacturing lead time. All four buoys must be delivered by 5/1/03. Four local sources are only sources that have experience, manufacturing capability and expertise to deliver all the required buoys in the required time frame. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
