Description
The NATO Consultation, Command, and Control Agency (NC3A), invites bids for the provision of an intrusion detection system as part of the NATO computer incident response capability-initial operating capability, which will be used to protect NATO C3 information systems from penetration and electronic attack. The IFB will be confidential. Bidders must have the necessary personnel security and facility clearance at the time of IFB release in order to be eligible to receiving bidding documents and to submit a bid. All applicants must be certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications Technologies. Submit all bids to Alexis Kemper (fax: 202-482-5834) by COB 14 February 2003.
