Description

This project consists of reconstructing CHEWALLA BATHHOUSE II, National Forests in MS, Holly Springs Ranger District, Marshall County, Mississippi. Project is for complete demolition and removal of existing bathhouse and construction of a new bathhouse. New building will consist of a six-unit (6) toilet with four (4) showers and will be approximately 1,043 square feet. The bathhouse will be constructed on a concrete slab, with concrete blocks, and cedar siding, and will be electrically heated and ventilated. The project includes connection of all plumbing, electrical, and sewer lines to the existing systems. The contract time is approximately 180 days. Bid Bond in the amount of 20 percent of the offer must be submitted with proposal. On award, Contractor must provide Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of proposal offer to Contracting Officer within 15 days.
