- Description
- Contractor shall on existing sewer system, remove and dispose of six concrete septic tanks;install a complete operating 40,000 gallon extended aeration sewage treatment plant with 10,000 gallon surge and 5000 gallon dosing storage tanks. Work includes miscellaneous valves, piping, electrical service and other appurtenances to complete the installation. The project is located on the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Sylamore Ranger District, Stone County, Arkansas. Project can be located by prospective bidders off Highway 14, one mile East of Fifty-Six, Arkansas. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 234910, and the size standard is $28.5 Million. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20% bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, prior to beginning work. The date for a site visit for this project will be listed in the Solicitation package. The solicitation will be available to download from this site on or about February 5, 2003.
