- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools and incidental supplies necessary to complete site work and concrete work for a Toilet Building at the Boat Gunnel Recreation Area on the Morehead Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Rowan County, Kentucky. The work shall be completed in phases as follows: Phase I - Demolition, site grading, structural excavation and backfill, rough-in plumbing necessary for completion of all concrete footers, foundations, floor slab and all concrete work. Phase II - Continue plumbing rough-in for piping and appurtenances located in the building walls. Phase III - Fixture installation and connection to plumbing/electrical lines and any final plumbing necessary for a complete working system. Contractor should be aware that there could be a considerable amount of time between the 3 phases of work. Contract time for completion of Phase I is 30 days; Phase II is 14 days; and Phase III is 14 days after receiving a notice to proceed for each phase. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format on an unrestricted basis, no set-asides. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000.
