- Description
- IDIQ Contract for Exterior Repairs to Federal Office Building #2, Arlingtin, Virginia. Anticipated issue date: December 10, 2001. This contract will have base year with 4 (1) year options. Solicitation is being issued as Source Selection best valve procurement. This solicitation is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. Magnitude of Project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for December 20, 2001 at 10:00AM. All contractors to mee at the Southgate road entrance to Federal Office Building #2. Once the solicitation is issued it can be down loaded at www.fedbizopps.gov.Those who requested a package under the old solicitation number do not have to request again. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-NOV-2001).
