- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is preparing to release a solicitation for services to collect and provide to OPM rental data in the Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau areas in Alaska; and Washington, DC area during the summer of 2003. The contractor will also provide administrative reports related to the contract and data collection. The contractor will be paid on a per-comparable basis for the rental data and a firm-fixed price for the reports. OPM will award only one contract as a result of this solicitation. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available no less than 15 calendar days after the posting date of this announcement. Once the RFQ has been posted, potential offerors will be able to download it through the Federal Government?s procurement Web site (http://www.eps.gov) on the World Wide Web. Upon downloading the RFQ, please send an electronic mail message to dldevine@opm.gov containing your company's name and address. Potential offerors should also regularly check the procurement Web site for any amendments to the RFQ. The NAICS code for this action is 541720, Economic Research and Development Services, with a small business size standard of $6 Million. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
