- Single Award Contract for the period Date of Award to February 28, 2004, for the Department of Commerce/U.S. Census Bureau for production of Digital Versatile Discs-Read Only Memory (DVD-ROM), pamphlets, and packaging. Anticipate 24 to 40 orders per year for approximately 100 to 4,000 replications per order. Anticipate up to 8 orders for two to four disc sets. Trim size: Front Insert Card and Pamphlet approximately 4-3/4 x 4-3/4"; Bottom Inlay Card approximately 4-5/8 x 5-5/16". DVD-ROM Prints in four-color process. Pamphlets and inlay cards print in four-color process or up to four ink colors. Operations include replication of discs, printing of title on discs, printing and packaging of various printed products, packing and distribution. Quality Level III for printing.
