- Pre-Solicitation Notice to notify industry of subcontracting opportunities. Subject procurement is being solicited as a proposed task order under the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest Division, Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Fuels. Solicitation date is 28 January 2003 and proposal due date is 28 February 2003. The work includes design and construction of a four lane Aircraft Direct Refueling Facility with associated fuel transfer pipeline and tankage with fire protection, airfield paving and incidental related work.
