- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following service: 1) measure PPV coating systems in accordance with Statement of Work, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to North Dakota State University, Dr. Dennis Tallman, Chemistry Department, 1301 North University, Research Park 1, Fargo, ND 58105 as the only researcher with the most appropriate experience and research interests. Any firms believing that they can provide the research services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
