- Description
- The BIA, OIEP, Pine Ridge Agency has a requirement for solid waste disposal services. The contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment for solid waste disposal services for the Pine Ridge School and OIEP Agency Office at Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The period of performance shall be from March 1, 2003 to September 30, 2003. This requirement has been set aside for Indian owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). The solicitation will be released on or about January 31, 2003.
