Description

NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington, on behalf of the US Army Deputy Chief Of Staff, intends to negotiate a purchase order, on a sole source basis with the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (NLETS)in Phoenix Arizona. This requireme nt is for a membership in a telecommunication networking system (07 Feb 2003 thru 06 Feb 2004.) The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within ten days of the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not t o compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
