Description: NA There was a clerical error in the Presolicitation Notice which stated that the estimated level of effort for Work Reception services was approximately 3,274 man hours. The correct estimated level of effort for Work reception services is approximately 9,26 3 man hours. Please note that the man hours for automation, work reception and administration services are historical data and they are considered estimated workload data. The annual task hours are merely estimates and workload may increase or decrease.
