- NA The Directorate of Contracting is soliciting proposals to provide all resources and management necessary to provide and service permanent and temporary Portable Latrines at Fort Campbell, KY. The requirement includes various quantities, for various period s of time, and at various locations on Fort Campbell. The performance period includes a base year with four one-year option periods. The projected solicitation issue date is 13 Feb 03, with proposals due 17 Mar 03. The issue date and date for receipt of proposals is estimated.
