- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Ms Sharon Richardson to acquire a contractor to manage all IITA publications, oversee the planning and execution of all IITA-sponsored conferences, and provide direct research support to the Director, Institute for Information Technology Applications. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other comparable supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by February 3, 2003, Noon, MDT, to the effect that comparable services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with Ms Sharon Richardson, a sole source award will be made
