- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, award and negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Fitness Program Manger. This Professional service will be conducted in the Eglin Health and Wellness Center (HAWC). Period of performance is anticipated to be 1 April 03 to 31 Mar 04 with the possibility of 4 one-year option periods. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. This contract requires the offeror to posses the following: Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science or Physical Education and a Masters Degree in Community Wellness, Health Administration and Promotion or equivalent Degree. Certification as Health Fitness Instructor from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is a requirement (must have upon award, or within one year of hire). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. This will be a 100% small business set-aside utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561990 with a size standard of $6 Million. All interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
