- Description
- This procurement is for the Blind/SCI Rehabilitation Centers, Phase II, Solicitation 578-D36/0202AE, Proposals are due March 13, 2003 includes all Design Build (DB) services including labor, materials, tools, equipment and all incidentals necessary for the design and construction of approximately a 58,000 square foot 34 Bed Blind Rehabilitation Center and approximately a 59,000 square foot 68 Bed Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Center. The Spinal Cord Injury Center is a single story building with a mechanical penthouse on the roof and the Blind Center is a two-story building with a mechanical penthouse on the roof. Both buildings contain open courtyards and have covered entrance canopies. This is an unrestricted solicitation with a cost range between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
