- Description
- Furnish full A-E services necessary to relocate the extended care unit at the VAMC, Atlanta, GA. A-E services shall incl, site investigations, preparing contract drawings & specifications, technical reports, cost estimates fand site visits. Construction activity will involve all disciplines including demolition, general architectural, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical. EST construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Award is subject to availability of FY 2003 funds. The proposed contract is set-aside for Emerging Small Business (ESB) concerns. Offers from other than ESB concerns will not be considered. The NAICS Code 541310. The size standard for ESB concern is $2 million. Firms desiring consideration shall submit SF 254's and SF 255's by 3:00 PM (EST), 3/4/03 to: Contracting Officer (90C), 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033.
