- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking 2 and 4-year institutions of higher education to meet the technical training requirements for recruitment and training purposes within a 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT. FAA is seeking two- and four-year undergraduate degree programs in electronic engineering technology and computer engineering technology. The non-monetary partnership program does not modify existing curriculum; it allows institutions to advertise FAA curricula approval, and offers selected students on-the-job training experiences, and, upon graduation, employment opportunities. Participating institutions may also be contacted to meet special training requirements for FAA personnel. All institutions expressing interest will undergo a formal assessment to ensure alignment with program requirements.
