Description

FCC Victorville intends to award a non-personal Service Contract for one Protestant Spiritual Leader for the Life Connections Program. The Contractor will provide religious instruction based on the their own expertise as it relates to core curriculum materials. The Contractor will work closely with the Chaplain Program Manager and other program staff to assist in the developement of the program and to guage the progress of individual participants. The Faith Based Release Based Program is a multi faith program, so altough the instrution will follow the tenats of Protestant doctrine, the contractor may work with participants who follow other faiths. Duties will be performed at Federal Correctional Institution Victorville. The solicitation will be available on or after January 31, 2003 and will be soley distributed throudh General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies will not be available. This site provides for downloading instruction. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distrubuted soley through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acqusition. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. The estimate date for receipt of bids is Febuary 21, 2003.
