- Description
- The contract awarded as a result of this commercial acquisition will be for a definite quantity of product plus temporary on-site bulk storage container for 180 days IAW FAR Part 12. Required delivery is 18 Feb 2003 between 08:00 ? 12:00 hours. Line Item 0001: HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ?Type 70? BULK IAW ITEM DESCRIPTION, H202 DTD 09 JUNE 1999. Quantity is 40,000 lbs delivered in one bulk load. Line Item 0002: 180-day lease of bulk storage container conforming to 49 CFR 173.243 for Hydrogen Peroxide. FOB Destination: White Sand Missile Range, NM. Only offerors from whose product has been previously tested and approved by the customer, Northrop Grumman, will be accepted for evaluation and award of a contract under this solicitation. Only written requests for a copy of the solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable either by FAX or E-MAIL.
