Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-11. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Small Business Administration is in need of credit reporting services to access business credit reports. The Quote shall provide a system in which the Agency will be billed only for services received (no advanced payments). The credit bureau will have the capability to generate Commercial Intelliscore and Small Business Intelliscore Reports; Business Profile; Business Owner Profile: Executive Summary; Industry Trade Profile; Public Record & UCC Profiles; Federal/State/County Tax Liens; Affiliates/Branches; Trade Payment Information: and S&P Information. The Quoter shall provide pricing for all of the latter items. Selection of a Vendor will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors for qualification are costs and past performance.
