- Provide a two year public outreach and awareness support to the U.S. EPA in implementing portions of the removal action for the Palos Verdes Shelf Site in Los Angeles, California. This solicitation is a small business set aside. All interested parties submit an email request to bycsek.barbara@epa.gov. Identify solicitation number in subject line. Please no phone calls to request the soliciation package. NAICS 541910. Due to some confusion caused by the posted archive date of 11/16/02, the acceptance period for proposals is extended to 3:00 pm PST on Wednesday, 11/20/02. No new requests for proposals will be accepted after noon PST on Monday 11/18/02. There are no other changes to the original solicitation. Those who have already submitted need not resubmit. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 17-JAN-2003.
