- Description
- The Corporation for National Service, a wholly owned Government Corporation, intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor, who can provide lodging, conference space, audiovisual equipment, and meals for four AmeriCorps*VISTA Pre-Service Orientation and Supervisor's Training and three Early Service Trainings. These events must take place within a ten mile radius of Washington, DC, because all attendees will be arriving and departing from Reagan National Airport. Special requirements: Meeting rooms and at least 25% of sleeping rooms must be accessible to physically challenged individuals. At least 25 % of the attendees at meals will be vegetarians or vegans. Federal regulations require that any hotel/conference space contracted shall comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and the FEMA, Fire Prevention and Control guidelines. All interested parties must request a copy of the solicitation. Requests for the solicitation will be accepted by email and by fax only. Please include your complete mailing address and the solicitation number in your request. No telephonic requests will be honored. The estimated release date of the solicitation is December 2, 2002. Proposals MUST be submitted on the SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order or Commercial Items completing all applicable pages.
