- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC intends to award a sole source contract to ISI of Washington DC for a virtual unlimited access to the Web of Science database. Supplies to include but are not limited to: 1.) Science Citation, Subscription to Web of Science, Social Science Citation Index for 2003, 1990-1996 Back Year Files Access Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Science. ISI has sole proprietary rights to the database, which is required for the library at the United States Naval Academy. The contract will be a one-time purchase without any options. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 7050. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC)/North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 511140. A solicitation does not exist for this requirement.
