- NAVAIR is soliciting responsible sources for the fabrication, assembly, integration and testing of approximately 141 Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support Systems (RTCASS) full-rate production stations. RTCASS will provide a portable test set using COTS hardware and software, and is test program set (TPS) compatible with mainframe CASS. RTCASS will provide automated test equipment (ATE) support to the USMC and USSOCOM for the F/A-18, EA-6B, AV-8B and V-22 aircraft platforms. ..... The DRAFT RFP, including Sections L & M have been posted, and is now available for viewing and downloading at www.navair.navy.mil/. Click on 'Doing Business,' then 'Open Solicitations,' then select the appropriate solicitation number. The documents should be able to be viewed through 28 Feb 2003, or until updated. Once updated, previous versions will no longer be available. ..... Potential offerors are encouraged to check this site regularly as additional information may be provided, as it becomes available. Additionally, a notice will be posted to this site upon release of official solicitation (tentatively planned for mid-February 2003 timeframe).
