- NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick, has a requirement for the application of thirteen Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) on a not to exceed quantity of 3,650 Automatic Ripcord Release (AR2) Model 451, NSN: 1670-01-369-7914. This acquisit ion will be solicited on a sole source basis to L.J. Engineering. The intended five year Indefinite Quantity/ Indefinite Delivery contract will also provide for the overhaul and refurbishment, on a Time and Materials basis, of field items. The Request fo r Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division?s web site located at https://www3.natick.army.mil/ssbusops.htm on or about 3 February 03.
