- NA DAAH23-03-R-0195 - This effort is sole source to Honeywell Incorporated, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix Arizona 85072-2181 (CAGE: 99193) -- Authority and justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. A base year contract with fou r (4) one-year options is contemplated. The proposed effort is for the acquisition of T55-GA-714A Engine Logistics and Engineering Services. The proposed contract action is for services/supplies for which the Government does not have adequate data availa ble to permit full and open competition. Firms that can accomplish the above requirement are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer and provide supporting evidence to permit participation in current or future solicitations.
