- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Silver Spring, Md intends to negotiate on a noncompetitive basic with American Meteorological Society of Washington, DC for 1500 sq. ft. of exhibit space to be used for a NWS booth at the AMS 83rd Annual Meeting to be held February 9-14 2003 at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, Long Beach California. The vendor must be able to provide the following: 1500 sq. ft. of exhibit space known as a booth at the AMS 83rd Annual Meeting. For the purpose of exhibiting products and services related to the industry. Vendors who believe they can meet this requirement are required to submit an affirmative response demonstrating they meet the Governments requirements. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 5 calendar days the posting of this notice.
