- To all potential offerors: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has a requirement for Information Technology and Resources Management Support Services for Fiscal Year 2004 through Fiscal Year 2008. Request for Proposal FERC03-RFP-30189 serves as the main source of information and documentation required for participation in a competition for the Support Services cited herein. Please note: No paper copies of the RFP will be distributed. The RFP and all supporting documentation will be available on the FERC website, beginning 01/15/03, at www.ferc.gov. The following requirements dates are provided for information purposes only, and can be found in the RFP, FERC03-RFP-30189, specifically, Section L entitled Instructions to Offerors. - Notification of attendance to Pre-Bidders Conference: January 17, 2003,3:00PM EST (Please see Section L-5 for specific instructions) - Offeror Point of Contact Information due: January 17, 2003,3:00PM EST (please see Section L-6A for specific instructions) - Pre-Bidders Conference: January 22, 2003, 10:00AM EST, FERC Headquarters, Commission Meeting Room, 2nd floor (Please see paragraph L-5 for specific instructions) - Questions/Clarifications are due January 24, 2003, 3:00PM EST.(please see Section L-6 for specific Instructions) - Proposals are due February 21, 2003, 3:00PM EST. In addition, the FERC has made available for utilization in this competition, supporting documentation, which can be found at the FERC website; www.ferc.gov. The FERC Documentation Library provides specifications and information prospective bidders will require to respond to the requirements of the Technical Statement of Work, Attachment 1 to the Request for Proposal.
