- After posting Presolicitation Notice on January 9, 2003, it has been determined that the requirement for "Usability Inspection and Design Review of the USFA Web Site" should not have been posted in FedBizOpps and therefore is now canceled. Due to the availability of GSA Contractors which are mandatory Federal sources, the requirement is now limited to GSA Contractors. Any qualified GSA Contractor may request a Request for Quotation (RFQ) package by contacting Patrick Hobbs, Contract Specialist via e-mail address: pat.hobbs@fema.gov. RFQ's must be completed and returned by NLT 02-24-2003.
