- The following information is hereby added and shall form a part of the subject solicitation: Contractor's facility, both prime and sub (if applicable) shall be located within a 60 mile one-way radius from Norfolk Naval Shipyard in order to facilitate Government on-site technical assistance and/or inspection if required. Sub-contractor's who are to be employed for the subject service must be approved by NNSY prior to beginning work on Government material. It is Norfolk Naval Shipyard's intent to utilize contractor's services for the purposes of over-flow work which is unable to be processed in-yard. Date and time for responses to the subject solicitation is hereby re-established as 4:00 PM, 03 Feb 2003.
