- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price a competitive commercial item procurement for the Plant and Equipment Support Office (PESO) in Annapolis, MD 21402-5074, for the manufacture, machining, fabrication and assembly of various components per the government?s design and specifications in support of a Reusable Combustor Test Facility (RCTF) at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL), Rocket Center, WV. This contract will be awarded based on the technical acceptability, delivery and price. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) code is 3769; the North American Industrial Classification Code System (NAICS) is 336419. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is 2895. This procurement will be 100% Small business Set-Aside. Solicitation number N00600-03-R-0703 will be available no later than 21 January 2003 and can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website (http://www.neco.navy.mil). This acquisition is being conducted using the Test Procedures for Certain Commercial Items defined in FAR 13.5. Under these procedures the government (1) is not required to determine a competitive range; (2) is not required to hold discussions; and (3) is not required to provide offerors with an opportunity to submit final revised proposals. The Government may award on initials.
