- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division Philadelphia intends to procure on a competitive basis various sized solenoid operated Electric Valve Operator (EVO) Assemblies and associated technical data to be ordered over a five year period. The intent is to award a five year firm-fixed price requirements contract. Detailed specifications will be provided with the issuance of a solicitation. Solcitiation N65540-03-R-0014, along with DD Form 1423's and detailed specifications will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps)website.
