- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) OMEGA-S-RTX Omega SW License with RTX Real Time Data Server Platform, Qty 1; 2) OMEGA-BSS SW License with RTX Best Source Selector, Qty 1; 3) PDAC-R16-002 Integrated DAC Output Board, Qty 2; 4) TPCI30-400T-003 Enhanced PCI Frame Sync/Decom; 30 Mbps, 2 Streams, W/IRIG time upgrade, Qty 4; 5) CHS3K-PCIE-001 Integrated PCI Expansion Chassis, Qty 1; 6) PSIM-200-001 Programmable Dual-Stream PCM Simulator, IRIG B Output Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Veridian Systems Inc., 44417 Pecan St, California, MD 20619 for compatibility with the existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the Hardware and Software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
