Description
NA INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE-QUANTITY CONTRACT ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS FOR SURVEYING SERVICES IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON for federal authority surveys, authorized and approved by the Bureau of Land Management's Chief Cadastral Surveyor of Washington for the identification of boundaries of federal and trust lands. PROJECT INFORMATION: This includes the establishment of new survey monuments and the rehabilitation of existing survey monuments, for which the Bureau of Land Management is authorized to survey in the counties of Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, Pend' Oreille, Spokane, Lincoln Douglas, Grant, and Chelan. These surveys typically consist of the resurveys within the public land survey system and the further subdivision of lands within this system: The scope of such surveys may include: (1) the dependent resurvey and subdivision of sections within the public land survey system and metes and bounds surveys (2) the search and evaluation of records, (3) the search and evaluation of collateral and physical evidence, (4) field measurements, (5) documentation of corner establishment, (6) preparation of reports, field notes, sketches and drawings which are supported by evidence. CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is to be an indefinite delivery contract with individual task orders not to exceed $50,000 each and not exceeding $100,000 over a 90 day period. The contract period will be for 1 year (renewable each year for up to 5 years), from the date of award. SELECTION CRITERIA: Offers will be evaluated based upon the following primary criteria: (1) specialized experience with the type of services required, including experience with surveys of the public land survey system, (2) the capacity of the firm to perform work requirements, (3) past record of performance on similar work performed for other federal, state and/or local government agencies, and private agencies with respect to control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules, (4) contractors location in relation to the areas covered by this contract. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. All responsible sources may respond by submitting completed Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaires, Standard Forms 254 and 255, not later than February 18, 2003. Submit SF 254 & 255 to USDI, Bureau of Land Management, Procurement Management, 333 SW First Ave., Portland, Oregon 97204.
