- NA A JTRS Cluster X Industry Day Forum, hosted by Project Manager Tactical Radio Communications Systems (PM TRCS), will be held at Gibbs Hall, Ft. Monmouth, NJ on Thursday Jan 30, 2003, 0830-1500. The meeting will start at 0900 with registration from 0830-09 00. The forum will consist of morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session will consist of Government briefings associated with the JTRS Cluster X acquisition, and the afternoon session will consist of an open question and answer period. In order to maximize efficient use of forum time, participants may submit questions in advance to Homer.Okrepki@us.army.mil. To promote an open exchange of ideas and concerns, anonymity of question submitters will be maintained. This event is open to appropriate Government and Industry personnel. Pre-registration for Industry Day is required. Please register on-line at https://peoc3s-res.monmouth.army.mil/INDUSTRYDAY. During the week of 2 Feb 03, the Government will host One-on-One sessions with prospective bi dders. Information on Registration for the One-on-One session shall be provided by the Government during the Industry Day Forum. The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for JTRS Cluster X will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Interactive Business Opportunities Web page (ASFI IBOP) (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil) under Solicitation No. DAAB07-03-R-E808 on or about 3 Mar 03. It is anticipated that pertinent industry feedback from the Industry Day Forum and One-on-One sessions will be incor porated into the Draft RFP. The Draft RFP will include information necessary to formulate a business strategy pertaining to the anticipated JTRS Cluster X procurement. Additional information regarding the selection criteria and the weight of each selecti on factor will be found in the Draft RFP. Additional Industry Day Forum(s) will be scheduled following the release of the Draft RFP, and the schedule for those forum(s) will be posted in a future Fed BizOpps Announcement. These Industry Day Forums will ad dress both programmatic and technical requirements, including software waveform porting. The final JTRS Cluster X RFP is scheduled for release on or about 13 Jun 03.
