- NA THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS ACTION IS JULIE DAVIS. PLEASE REFER ANY/ALL QUESTIONS TO MS. DAVIS. The Aviation Rockets and Missiles (ARM) Project Office, Redstone Arsenal, AL, is interested in acquiring information on Records Management Application (RMA), Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) with some customization. The RMA must be DoD 5015.2-STD certified . The ARM Project Office is an agency within the Program Executive Office (PEO) Tactical Missiles located on Redstone Arsenal. The ARM Project Office conducts business nationally and internationally with responsibilities that include all phases of develo pment, procurement, production, distribution, and logistical support. The following is the Scope of this prospective task: ? Determine which RMA software certified by DoD 5015.2-STD better meets the needs of the ARM Project Office. Selected software must be scalable to incorporate workflow. ? Suggest appropriate software and equipment peripherals pertaining to implementing an Electronic Records Management System. ? Determine what scanning equipment and hardware/software configuration interfaces together. ? Explain how RMA software version control handles multiple copies of the same document. ? Provide information concerning how employees access information from different computers. ? Suggest metadata needs. ? Provide information concerning vendor specific installation. ? Provide vendor demonstrations. ? Provide assistance and determine the effort needed in setting up an Electronic Records Management System. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: ? Must support LAN running Novell Netware ? Microsoft Advanced Server 2000 ? E-mail: Novell GroupWise 6 ?
