- NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on an other than full and open competition basis, the latest configuration of MMA containers which were distributed to the U.S. Army Longbow units in accordance with the Longbow fielding sched ule. The government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed price delivery order to Contract DAAH23-02-G-0011. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando, FL. Only LBLLC possesses the tec hnical experrtise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Inte rested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered Note(s) 22.
