- In accordance with FAR 9.2 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the manufacture of the NSNs/PNs/Nouns listed below. This means that a company must go through a source approval process. This notice does not mean that the Air Force is contemplating the purchase of these items in the near future. For a copy of the QRs submit written request to the Small Business Office, OC-ALC/BC, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3009. FAX 405-739-7085. E-mail OCALC/BC@tinker.af.mil. No telephone requests. Only written requests received directly for the requestor are acceptable. Drawings may be requested per source approval information booklet, Part III, drawing and technical orders, paragraph one. This is not a request for proposal (RFP).
