- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform Project Number 568-02-206, Elevator #1 Upgrade at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work will include elevator component replacement, mechanical and electrical work, fire alarm modifications, elevator car upgrade, replacement of elevator fixtures to comply with ADA requirements and necessary removal of existing components, construction and certain other items in strict accordance with contract drawings and spcifications. Estimated construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Applicable NAICS code is 23332, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Bid opening is scheduled for March 13, 2003. There will be a $50.00 refundable deposit for the solicitation package. Deposit may be in the form of a personal business check or a money order made out to the attention of the Agent Cashier. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD. All responsible offerors may submit a bid which will be considered.
