- Description
- The James E. VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA, requires Behavioral Health Services for patients enrolled at the James E. VanZandt Medical Center's Community Based Outpatient CLinic(CBOC) located in Johnstown, PA. Services will be provided at the contractor's facility. Contractor's facility shall be located within a 30 mile radius of the CBOC. Provider shall provide treatment for VHA beneficiaries with behavioral/psychiatric disorders. Provider shall be skilled in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology and must be able to provide a comprehensive clinical psychiatric summary. Provider shall be Board Certified or Board Eligible in applicable specialty and have a current, unrestricted license and have appropriate licensure or certification for psychotherapy and/or counseling. This is a proposed one-year contract with option to renew for four one-year periods subject to approval and funding. This solicitation is restricted to small business only. NAICS code 621112 applies with a threshold of $8.5 mil. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about January 21, 2003 and must be returned on or before February 14, 2003, 2:30PM Eastern Time.
